Quick and simple chow mein stir fry made with a delicious sauce tossed with chow mein noodles, beef strips, carrots, bean sprouts and onions. A classic Chinese takeout recipe made in under 30 minutes.
Chow Mein Noodles Sirloin Beef | Oyster Sauce Corn Starch | Shallot Garlic | Green Onions Bean Sprouts | Carrots SAUCE Oyster Sauce Low Sodium Soy Sauce Sesame Oil | Sugar Rice Cooking Wine
Toss sirloin with oyster sauce and corn starch. Set aside. Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Prep all of the remaining ingredients and have them ready to go. Set a wok over high heat. Let it get very hot. Drizzle with a little oil and sear the sirloin until it is no longer pink.
Remove sirloin from wok. Set aside. Stir in shallots, garlic, green onions, noodles and carrots. Stir for a few minutes. Add sauce. Keep stirring. Add bean sprouts.
Add seared sirloin. Stir to incorporate beef. Once everything is combined, remove from heat immediately. Avoid overcooking. Serve and enjoy!
