Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2-1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Place yogurt and milk at the bottom of the blender before adding frozen fruits for easier blending.
  • Blend smoothie. When it is done, pour into two glasses and serve!
  • Top with additional fruits (not included on ingredient list) if desired.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Omit honey or add it at the end to taste if you typically don't like your smoothie too sweet.
  • Different yogurt will have different consistency. If mixture is too 'dry', blender will have a hard time blending everything together. Add additional milk to mixture if needed to help with easier blending.
  • If mixture if too thin, add more frozen fruits and banana to blend it up.
  • If you do not use frozen fruits and use all fresh fruits, then add a cup of ice to the mixture before blending. Keep in mind if you do that your strawberry blueberry banana smoothie will be more diluted.
